Founder's Voice
I didn't build Ommm. to add one more thing to your day. I built it to give you one thing back:
a moment that's yours.
About Ommm.
A women's wellness space in the heart of Yerevan — created for movement, calm, and the moment that belongs only to you.
A pause held on purpose.
Every detail invites you to slow down — from the first breath at the door to the quiet after class. This is time set aside for you, without rush or noise.
Designed around calm.
Soft light, natural textures, and thoughtful flow through the studio keep the space gentle on the senses. Movement and rest share the same unhurried rhythm.
Our Values
What we stand for in the studio — movement, calm, and community.
- 01
A peaceful mind
Classes and rituals that help you arrive in the present — breath, focus, and release from the day behind you.
- 02
Strength that's yours
Movement that builds from the inside out — aligned, intentional, and tuned to your body, not someone else's pace.
- 03
Community
A circle of women who show up for themselves and each other — shared energy without comparison or pressure.
A space designed toslow you down
From the entrance to the last corner — every detail is part of the pause.
